Box Office

The Box Office is located within the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, on Bridge Road Nowra. The box office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm and a minimum of 1 hour prior to events. Please note that the phones are not open outside of regular business hours (9am - 4pm).

Group bookings

Group bookings are often available when you book a minimum of 8-10 tickets at the same time for the same show. For information about group discounts please contact the Box Office.

Gift vouchers

The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre offers the perfect gift, the experience of a live show and memories that last a lifetime. Gift vouchers are available in $20, $50, $80 and $100. The recipient can then use the voucher for the show of their choice. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be purchased through the box office.

Mailing of tickets

Don’t have time to pick up your tickets? Great news! Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre can post them to you. Select Mailing Fee when selecting collection method. Please note this service is not available within 5 days of the event. Additional $3 postage and handling fee applies (non-refundable).

Concession discounts

Discounted prices are available for selected shows for Pensioner Concession Card holders, Seniors Card holders and full time students. Proof of entitlement must be included when booking and may be requested prior to admission.

Performance times

Please check your ticket or website for performance times. Please note door time is half an hour prior to performance.
