COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is registerd as a COVIDSafe venue and requires all patrons to adhere to the related terms an conditions outlined below.
PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
Please provide us with your contact details when you arrive. These will only be provided to the Department of Health if we need to contract you for tracing purposes.
OBSERVE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF PEOPLE IN SPACES
Each of our venue spaces has strict limits to how many people can be in them at one time. Signage can be found in the venue with max numbers.
FOLLOW DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE
Directional signage has been installed in the venue to assist us with ensuring visitors minimise their contact with other visitors.
WASH YOUR HANDS & USE SANITISER PROVIDED
Wash your hands as often as possible. Please use the sanitiser provided at various points in the venue.
STAY HOME IF YOU FEEL UNWELL
If you are feeling at all unwell, please wait until you're better before entering the venue to avoid infecting others.
MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
Give other visitors space when you are in the Entertainment Centre and maintain 1.5 metres space at all time.
USE STAIRS INSTEAD OF ELEVATORS
If you can please use the stairs rather than the elevator. If you need to use the elevator, please maintain a safe distance.
USE CASHLESS SALES WHERE POSSIBLE
Try to avoid paying by cash and opt to use the credit or debit facilities available with Tap & Go whenever possible.
COVIDSafe APP
It is currently not a condition of entry to have downloaded the Australian Government's COVIDSafe app, it is entirely voluntary, however we do recommend it. The app only works if you have your Bluetooth activated, and the app is running in the background. So please keep your phone on but turn your ringer/vibration off during performances. GENERAL RIGHTS OF ENTRY
LATECOMERS
If you arrive late, and the show has already started, there is every chance, depending on the show, that you will be refused entry or you might not be able to go in until there is a break in the program, such as intermission.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Due to copyright requirements and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons, cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the Studio and Auditorium.
MOBILE PHONES
Out of consideration to the artists and fellow patrons, please switch mobile phones, audible paging devices and alarm watches off while in the Studio and Auditorium.
STANDING IN SEATS
Anyone who has purchased a seat should be considerate of other people. Please don’t stand in your seat - the person behind you can’t see. If you continue to stand up after you have been asked to sit, you may be asked to leave the theatre by security.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Be responsible and we can all have fun. Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre has a zero tolerance when it comes to the use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol. Anyone who we believe is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be asked to leave the Centre or be subject to police action.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre or within 10 metres of the building.
DRESS CODE
Remember… be cool but be tidy. Anyone who visits the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre dressed in bare feet, dirty clothes, inappropriate or offensive clothing will not be let in. We also can’t let you wear fashion hats, hoods, caps or headgear (excluding religious garments) into our theatres.
