COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is registered as a COVIDSafe venue and requires all patrons to adhere to the related terms and conditions outlined below.
People who live in or have been (in the last 14 days) to Greater Sydney (including Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong or Shellharbour local government areas) will not be permitted entrance into Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, in line with current restrictions provided by NSW Health. Identification must be provided when entering the venue to certify this.
PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
Each time you visit the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre you must check-in via the Service NSW Covid Safe QR codes. This will provide the government with your contact details for contact tracing purposes.
Masks are mandatory at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre for all patrons above the age of 12. Patrons aged 12 and under are strongly encouraged to wear masks.
STAY HOME IF YOU FEEL UNWELL
If you are feeling at all unwell, please wait until you're better before entering the venue to avoid infecting others. If you are a ticket holder, please contact the box office (4429 5757) to arrange a refund or transfer of tickets.
OBSERVE THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF PEOPLE IN SPACES
From 26 June 2021, the rules for indoor gatherings in public places for regional NSW has reverted to the 4sqm rule. Each of our venue spaces has strict limits to how many people can be in them at one time. Signage can be found in the venue with max numbers. In addition, seating for individual performances may be adjusted. Ticket holders will be contacted by box office staff.
FOLLOW DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE
Directional signage has been installed in the venue to assist us with ensuring visitors minimise their contact with other visitors.
WASH YOUR HANDS & USE SANITISER PROVIDED
Wash your hands as often as possible. Please use the sanitiser provided at various points in the venue.
MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
Give other visitors space when you are in the Entertainment Centre and maintain 1.5 metres space at all time.
USE STAIRS INSTEAD OF ELEVATORS
If you can please use the stairs rather than the elevator. If you need to use the elevator, please maintain a safe distance.
USE CASHLESS SALES WHERE POSSIBLE
Try to avoid paying by cash and opt to use the credit or debit facilities available with Tap & Go whenever possible.
Follow the directions of any Covid marshalls and please continue to be respectful and considerate with other patrons and all Entertainment Centre staff when you visit the venue.
It is currently not a condition of entry to have downloaded the Australian Government's COVIDSafe app, it is entirely voluntary, however, we do recommend it. The app only works if you have your Bluetooth activated, and the app is running in the background. So please keep your phone on but turn your ringer/vibration off during performances. For more information about the COVIDSafe app and to download visit this link -COVIDSafe app.

GENERAL RIGHTS OF ENTRY
If you arrive late, and the show has already started, there is every chance, depending on the show, that you will be refused entry or you might not be able to go in until there is a break in the program, such as intermission.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Due to copyright requirements and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons, cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the Studio and Auditorium.
Out of consideration to the artists and fellow patrons, please switch mobile phones, audible paging devices and alarm watches off while in the Studio and Auditorium.
STANDING IN SEATS
Anyone who has purchased a seat should be considerate of other people. Please don’t stand in your seat - the person behind you can’t see. If you continue to stand up after you have been asked to sit, you may be asked to leave the theatre by security.
Be responsible and we can all have fun. Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre has a zero tolerance when it comes to the use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol. Anyone who we believe is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be asked to leave the Centre or be subject to police action.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre or within 10 metres of the building.
Remember… be cool but be tidy. Anyone who visits the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre dressed in bare feet, dirty clothes, inappropriate or offensive clothing will not be let in. We also can’t let you wear fashion hats, hoods, caps or headgear (excluding religious garments) into our theatres.
