Accessing performances and public spaces at the Centre

The Centre offers designated parking, a drop off bay for easy access, wheelchair ramps, a public lift, and accessible seating to enhance the experience for patrons with mobility issues. Full disabled access is available to all our theatres. Please discuss your needs with the Box Office when booking. Our front of house team are more than happy to assist during your visit.

The Auditorium and Studio theatres both offer hearing loop facilities, a T-coil is required in your hearing aid to access the loop. Please contact the Box Office for guidance on seating areas within the hearing loop.

Public spaces in the Centre are fitted with environmental cues such as tactile surfaces and lighting designed to assist vision impaired visitors.

The Companion Card is accepted for all performances at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. Patrons holding a NSW Companion Card can call the Box Office on 1300 788 503 to discuss seating requirements and sales for all our events and performances. Cardholders will be issued with a complimentary ticket for their essential support companion.

Guide dogs or any animals trained to assist people with disabilities are welcome inside all areas of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. To ensure appropriate seating is allocated, please advise of your requirements when booking.
