We want your visit to Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre to be safe and enjoyable. Please take your time to familiarise yourself with the information below.

Our policies are in line with the Public Health Orders issued by NSW Health, and our aim is to ensure the safety of audiences, performers and staff while delivering performing arts and live events to the community.

Starting 11 October 2021, the NSW State Government and NSW Health have eased restrictions that apply to regional areas, including the Shoalhaven. See full details here.

This means the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, including the Encore Café and Bar and the box office, will reopen to the public, in line with the restrictions outlined by the Public Health Order. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we all navigate this changing situation.

COVID-19 Conditions of Entry

In addition to the General Conditions of Entry located here, the following conditions also apply. 


Each time you visit the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre you must check-in via the Service NSW Covid Safe QR codes. This will provide the government with your contact details for contact tracing purposes. 


In accordance with NSW Health, it is a requirement that all patrons aged 16+ have received two doses of a COVID-19 Vaccination prior to entry. Proof of vaccination status or valid written medical exemption will be required at entry to the venue. Children under the age of 16 are welcome to attend and do not require vaccination, however, must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

Masks are mandatory at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre for all patrons above the age of 12. Patrons aged 12 and under are strongly encouraged to wear masks. 


If you are feeling at all unwell, please wait until you're better before entering the venue to avoid infecting others. If you are a ticket holder, please contact the box office (4429 5757) to arrange a refund or transfer of tickets.

Each of our venue spaces has limits to how many people can be in them at one time, in line with capacity restrictions at that time. Signage can be found in the venue with maximum numbers. In addition, seating for individual performances may be adjusted. Ticket holders will be contacted by box office staff.

Wash your hands as often as possible. Please use the sanitiser provided at various points in the venue. 

Give other visitors space when you are in the Entertainment Centre and maintain 1.5 metres space at all time. 

If you can please use the stairs rather than the elevator. If you need to use the elevator, please maintain a safe distance. 

Try to avoid paying by cash and opt to use the credit or debit facilities available with Tap & Go whenever possible. 


Follow the directions of any Covid marshalls and please continue to be respectful and considerate with other patrons and all Entertainment Centre staff when you visit the venue.

COVID-19 Ticket Terms and Conditions

Please do not attend the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre if:

    • You are suffering COVID-19
    • You have tested positive to COVID-19
    • You are awaiting COVID-19 test results
    • You believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, or
    • You have been advised to or are required to self-isolate or quarantine.

If you cannot attend your event for the above reasons, please contact the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre Box Office by email:  or by phone: 02 4429 5757. We ask that you contact the Box Office as soon as you become aware it is not safe for you to attend, and by 10am on the day of the event to discuss

No refunds or Gift Vouchers will be given after the event starts.  

Venue capacity is in line with the latest Public Health Orders from NSW Health. This means that changes to the maximum capacity may be made for an event to which you have bought tickets. If an event becomes oversold due to a change in this advice, ticket refunds will be made to patrons who have most recently purchased tickets.

The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre COVID-19 Ticket Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges are in line with the current LPA guidance on refunds and exchanges. They exist in addition to the current Booking Terms & Conditions. The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre COVID-19 Ticket Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges are valid until 1 December 2021 and may be extended in response to COVID-19 active cases in our community, or by Government.

All other Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply from the time of ticket purchase.
