Using TicketSearch

TicketSearch is the booking platform used by the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre to process your ticket bookings. 

The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre upgraded to TicketSearch in November 2020 to offer you a modern and customisable ticketing experience. You will be prompted to create an account the first time you use it to book tickets.

Follow the login instructions below to setup your account.

To log in and set up your account please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the "Update Your Account & Preferences" button below
2. Select "Forgot Password or No Password Set"
3. Enter your email address 
4. You will receive an email with your temporary password
   *note - this may go to your junk folder
   *tip - save SEC as a contact and allow emails from us moving forward
5. Follow the instructions from the email to log in to your account
6. Once logged in, check and update your contact details
7. Use the navigation bar to go to Change password
8. Use the navigation bar to go to News and Updates
9. Select how you would like to receive information from the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre- post, email or both
10. Choose your specific interests 
11. Save
