TicketSearch is the platform used by the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre to process your bookings and you can use it to ensure the best experience with us. Through your account you can:

• Manage your likes and interests so you never miss out on a show
• View your orders & purchase history
• Access your e-tickets and never worry about loosing your tickets again

Follow the instructions below to setup your account.

Login & Setup your account

If you have/had tickets for a show and provided your email address, you can setup your account to view your current and previous transaction history. 

To log in and set up your account please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the "My Account" button above
2. Select "Forgot Password or No Password Set"
3. Enter your email address 
4. You will receive an email with your temporary password
   *NOTE - this may go to your Junk Folder
   *TIP - save SEC as a contact and allow emails from us moving forward
5. Follow the instructions from the email to log in to your account
6. Once logged in, check and update your contact details
7. Save

To set your interests and preferences:

1. Login as above and use the navigation bar to go to News and Updates
2. Select how you would like to receive information from the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre- post, email or both
3. Choose your specific interests 
4. Save
